Responsibilities of EBAR

EBAR will provide a qualified instructor to conduct the Class.

EBAR will supply all necessary equipment and materials for the Class.

EBAR will ensure that the Class content is appropriate and beneficial for the participants.

Responsibilities of Client

Client will ensure that all participants are present and ready to begin at the agreed-upon start time.

Client will make the total payment as outlined in Section 3.

Cancellation and Refunds

Cancellation by EBAR: If EBAR cancels the Class, Client will receive a full refund of any fees paid.
Cancellation by Client: If Client cancels the Class, the following refund policy will apply:

Cancellation more than 14 days before the Class: Full refund.
Cancellation between 7 and 14 days before the Class: 50% refund.
Cancellation less than 7 days before the Class: No refund.
